Ask us questions about rebar wire tie solutions!

The road in front of our house had been a problem for years with potholes and buckling pavement.

Finally, it was time for a repair. The construction crew arrived, and I was fascinated by the process. They had to remove the old road and metal pipes, which turned out to be rebar. My dad explained to me that the rebar provided stability to the road and that 16ga galvanized double loop ties were used to keep it in place. The ties had loops on both ends that made it easy for the workers to secure the rebar together. I watched the workers closely, trying to understand how the ties were used to bind the rebar.
