I let my house get away from me, I didn’t have the usual home serviced plus I wasn’t wonderful about looking around the property. I bought the house plus basically ignored it. I stayed over at my besties most of the time! Then my wonderful friend and I decided to get married plus I made the decision to transfer into his home plus sell mine. I then found out that I had drastic termite damage in the home. It was the level that it needed to be bombed plus then totally gutted due to the damage. The amount of repairs plus service required was obscene. I was looking at potentially going in the hole financially for a bit before I made any currency. I don’t want to deal with the stress of termite damage while navigating a transfer plus an anniversary, but so I ended up looking online on how to sell my termite damaged home fast for money. The money home offers were better than doing a real estate agent. I didn’t need to do any toil or even wipe out the house. Termite damage apparently lowered the cost of it, but I felt I got a fair deal. I was just cheerful to walk away with money in hand plus not required to do anything else. The home customer out of Portland was easily wonderful about stealing my options plus explaining why he felt the price was fair. I hope I never get in that type of situation again but if I do, I am using him again.
