Selling an apartment with frightening neighbors

I bought a gorgeous apartment and land scheme in Proland, OR. For about a year I loved my house and didn’t regret spending all that money. Then the section started going downhill. The people moving in were weird. They drove broken down cars, yelled at each other in the middle of the evening, and had cats running all over the site. My gorgeous street suddenly turned frightening. I was genuinely anxious about going to my automobile late at evening for work. I invested in a security system and still was afraid. I realized that I needed to sell my home. I no longer belonged in the area. Well nobody would take my house for what it was worth due to the neighbors. I tried listing it and I didn’t like what I got back. So I ended up going with the money for the loft route. I found an Oregon real estate customer that does all money offers. I did take a pay cut however it was better than listing. No real estate agent fees or closing costs. I also got out of a sticky situation ASAP. I genuinely started to get scared and didn’t want to be on my site for another month. The benefit of money offers is that it is a price, you sign, and then that is it. I was genuinely relieved to leave with money on hand and my house gone. I have since used that money for a strange site in Oregon and I am so much happier. It was a fantastic movie to leave.
